Ultimately our purpose (myself, the client, and his or her family) is to help them tap into their full potential and realize their capacity for excellence. My philosophy is based on Yoga or Union. Recovery is a process where a person moves from darkness to light, disconnection (addiction) to connection (recovery). Yoga, like recovery, is a place where everything connects. Therefore, I believe Yoga is an antidote to addiction.
